Work at NOI
The newly established, luxury NOI Resort on Lake Rożnowskie in Znamirowice (25 minutes from Nowy Sącz) is looking for people for creative work. NOI Resort will have cottages, rooms, and apartments for nearly 100 people, a modern restaurant with a banquet hall for over 250 people, a spa with a sauna and jacuzzi overlooking the lake, a water equipment rental, and many other attractions. We are looking for people who are open to others, hardworking, and love nature, wanting to create with us one of the most recognizable tourist places in the region with an interesting concept.
Chef
As a head chef, your role is crucial to the operation of the resort. You are responsible for various aspects of kitchen activity and ensure that the dishes served to clients are of high quality. Here are some key duties you handle: Menu Planning Kitchen Team Management Purchasing and Inventory Management Cost Control Culinary Creativity and Innovation Maintaining Quality Standards Time Management and Work Organization Collaboration with Service Staff Maintaining Sanitary Standards Your role as head chef requires leadership skills, creativity, organization, and the ability to work under pressure. You are a key figure in creating an excellent culinary experience for clients.
