Both the ingredients of our menu and the interiors of the restaurant, as well as the philosophy of the place, are closely related to the nature that surrounds us. We use local products from local small farmers, we make our own jams, we grow our own herbs in the garden, we use the surrounding vegetation in the kitchen, we find local old recipes to make them shine anew. Our restaurant lives in the natural cycle of the year matching what is happening outside the windows....
