§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: http://noiresort.wa.profitroom.com
   and is effective from 29.04.2024.
2. The data controller of users' data is: Bogdańscy Rent&Resort Sp. zo.o. (hereinafter referred to as "We").

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. considering complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of provided services – requesting to fill out a survey or answering a few questions regarding the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In the case of consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.

If the person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), data are processed until consent is withdrawn, but after that period information on who, when, and what consent was given has the right to be archived (for the purposes of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims). In other cases, data are processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract execution, responding to inquiries, tax regulations, etc.) The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

7. Visitors to the Website may fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter and provide an email address and/or phone number as the basis of automatic contact.
8. Visitors to the Website may consent to Us conducting advertising campaigns in social networks targeted based on the email address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of software companies and IT system maintenance companies with which we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality. This data is not shared, and none of these companies have the right to process data other than as specified in the contract. Your data, if the company has access, may only be processed for the proper provision of services.
