noi Resort Wellness & SPA Regulations
General Provisions
- Purchasing Wellness & SPA services or staying within the Wellness & SPA area of noi Resort constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
- The Wellness & SPA area is located on level -1 at noi Resort.
- Loud behavior, shouting, and disturbing the relaxation of other Guests are prohibited within the area. Guests are kindly requested to remain quiet and conduct calm conversations.
- To ensure the comfort of all Guests, mobile phones should be switched off. Phone calls are prohibited within the Wellness & SPA area.
- Opening hours:
- jacuzzi, relaxation room, outdoor swimming pool, and children’s paddling pool: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM,
- SPA treatment room: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, prior reservation required,
- saunas: 3:00 PM–9:00 PM,
- gym: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM.
- noi Resort reserves the right to change the operating hours of individual parts of the Wellness & SPA area.
- Any defects, irregularities, or comments regarding the operation of the area should be reported to the resort staff.
- The Wellness area regulations apply to:
- indoor jacuzzi,
- terrace with outdoor jacuzzi,
- relaxation room with salt inhalation,
- sauna area, including Finnish sauna, steam sauna, and aromatic bio sauna,
- outdoor swimming pool,
- children’s paddling pool,
- gym.
- Resort Guests may use the Wellness area once a day for a maximum of 2 hours, according to the purchased accommodation package.
- Guests who make accommodation reservations directly through the website or by phone may use the Wellness area without time limits.
- A maximum of 20 persons may stay in the Wellness area at one time. After exceeding the limit, staff may ask Guests to wait until space becomes available.
- Every person using the Wellness area is required to familiarize themselves with these regulations and comply with them.
- The Wellness area serves a recreational purpose and is not supervised by a lifeguard.
- Both resort Guests and external visitors may use the Wellness area in accordance with the purchased offer or applicable price list.
- Children under 16 years of age may use the Wellness area only under the supervision of parents or legal guardians.
- Persons using the jacuzzi are required to wear swimwear.
- Before using the Wellness facilities, Guests are required to take a shower and thoroughly wash their entire body.
- Everyday footwear and clothing are prohibited within the Wellness area.
- Bathrobes and disposable slippers may be rented or purchased at the SPA reception or resort reception.
- Alcohol consumption is prohibited in saunas, jacuzzis, and swimming pools.
- Drinks, cocktails, and prosecco may only be consumed in the designated relaxation area and by the pool while respecting the safety and comfort of other Guests.
- Smoking tobacco products and using narcotics are prohibited within the Wellness area.
- Persons visibly under the influence of alcohol or narcotics may be denied entry to the Wellness area.
- Only beverages in plastic bottles or cups may be consumed within the Wellness area.
- Consumption of meals is prohibited within the Wellness area.
- noi Resort is not responsible for items left within the Wellness & SPA area.
- Baskets located in the changing rooms are intended exclusively for used towels.
- Jumping into the jacuzzi is strictly prohibited.
- In the case of switched-off saunas, Guests are kindly requested to report their wish to use them at least 60 minutes in advance (only between 4:00 PM–9:00 PM).
- Between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM, a quiet and relaxation zone applies exclusively to persons over 16 years of age.
SPA
- Prior reservation is required in order to use SPA treatments.
- Before undergoing treatment, each Guest is required to complete a health questionnaire.
- In justified cases, SPA staff may request a medical certificate confirming the absence of contraindications for the treatment.
- Persons under 16 years of age may use SPA treatments only with the consent of a legal guardian and after consultation with SPA staff.
- In the event of failure to cancel a treatment reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the Guest is obliged to cover 100% of the value of the reserved treatment.
- SPA staff have the right to add the charge to the Guest’s hotel bill.
- In the event of a Guest arriving late, the delay time will be deducted from the treatment duration without reducing its price.
- In the event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, SPA staff reserve the right to refuse the service while charging the full value of the reserved treatment.
- noi Resort is not responsible for items left within the SPA area.
- The following are prohibited within the SPA area:
- smoking tobacco,
- consuming alcohol and narcotics,
- consuming food and beverages,
- bringing animals,
- using glass objects and sharp tools.
11. Persons under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, as well as persons not complying with basic principles of social conduct and personal culture, may not use SPA treatments.
12. Persons failing to comply with these regulations may be asked to leave the premises without the right to a refund.
- The basic condition for accepting an animal under our roof is notifying us about the Guest’s arrival with a pet at the time of booking. This is necessary due to the limited number of rooms designated for stays with animals.
- Reservations with pets are possible only in cottages, the Penthouse apartment, and the Boatyard apartment. It is not possible to book a stay with a pet in standard apartments or hotel rooms.
- Only domestic animals are allowed on the resort premises. In particular, the hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to animals commonly considered dangerous or aggressive, including reptiles, arachnids, and the following dog breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, Majorca Mastiff, American Bulldog, Dogo Argentino, Presa Canario, Tosa Inu, Rottweiler, Akbash Dog, Anatolian Karabash, Moscow Watchdog, and Caucasian Shepherd Dog (according to the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 28 April 2003 regarding the list of dog breeds considered aggressive).
- If Guests fail to inform us about accompanying animals, we may not be able to provide an available pet-friendly room and may refuse permission for the animal to stay.
- If the stay with a pet is not reported in advance, the owner may refuse accommodation and reimbursement of the deposit.
- A pet’s stay is conditional upon presenting a valid health booklet with up-to-date vaccinations and proof of deworming.
- For the safety of our Guests and other animals staying at the resort, we also do not accept aggressive breeds or animals displaying aggression toward people or other animals.
- For safety reasons, pets should have a leash, collar, muzzle, or crate, depending on the species.
- Animals may stay only in designated resort areas. In particular, pets are not allowed in the playroom or playground.
- The fee for a pet stay is PLN 100 per each night of stay.
- Pets staying on the resort premises must not disturb other Guests. Please ensure that your pet does not create excessive noise by barking or whining, especially at night.
- Pets are not allowed to play with squeaky toys on the resort premises.
- In the event of repeated complaints from other Guests, we reserve the right to remove the animal from the property at the owner’s expense.
- If resort staff reasonably suspect that an unattended animal left in the room is disturbing other Guests, damaging property, or may pose a danger to itself or others, the resort owner will attempt to contact the pet owner to resolve the issue. If contact is impossible, the resort reserves the right to enter the Guest’s room, if necessary with the assistance of appropriate services, and remove the animal from the resort. All costs resulting from such actions shall be covered by the pet owner.
- If the bedding in a room occupied by a pet becomes excessively dirty (fur, mud) or damaged by the animal, the owner is obliged to reimburse the full bedding set at a cost of PLN 100 per item.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals in the room, common areas, and around the resort premises. Please clean up after your pet. Animal waste should be placed in a plastic bag and disposed of in the mixed waste container.
- Guests are kindly requested not to allow dogs on beds or sofas.
- Animals may use only designated indoor and outdoor resort areas.
- Dog owners are required to clean up any waste left by their dogs on and around the resort premises.
- Cat owners must provide a litter box with litter and dispose of used litter in a plastic bag placed in the mixed waste container.
- Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage or contamination caused by their animals and are obliged to cover the costs of all resulting damages.
- Any damage to resort property or the property of other Guests caused by animals will be assessed by the resort management, and the costs will be charged to the pet owners.
- Pets must remain under supervision throughout their stay on the resort premises.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle while being walked under the supervision of the owner or an authorized person.
Indoor Playroom Regulations – noi Resort
- The playroom is located at noi Resort on level -1 and is open daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Use of the playroom outside opening hours is strictly prohibited.
- Children entering the playroom should come with a smile and be ready to have fun. The playroom is intended for children aged 1 to 11 years old.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of children using the playroom.
- Children may stay in and use all attractions of the playroom only under the supervision of at least one adult.
- Regardless of the season, children may stay in the playroom only wearing socks or tights. Shoes must be removed before entering the playroom and left in the designated area.
- All equipment and toys in the playroom may only be used for their intended purpose.
- noi Resort shall not be held responsible for injuries or damages caused by improper use of the playroom equipment.
- In the event of any physical injury sustained while using the playroom, the incident must be reported immediately to the staff; otherwise, it will be assumed that the injury did not occur on the playroom premises.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for any damage to property or injury to other persons using the playroom caused by children under their supervision.
- noi Resort is not responsible for items left behind by playroom users.
- The following are strictly prohibited in the playroom:
- pushing other users of the playroom equipment,
- removing any elements or equipment from the playroom,
- bringing in outside food and beverages or consuming meals and drinks in the playroom,
- consuming alcohol or intoxicating substances on the playroom premises,
- entering the playroom with animals.
- For the health and safety of all persons using the playroom, noi Resort staff reserve the right to refuse entry to visibly ill children.
Playground Regulations – noi Resort
- The playground is intended to provide recreation for our youngest Guests. Please ensure that play is not disturbed by accidents caused by careless behavior, and help us take care of this area so that children may enjoy safe play conditions.
- Only smiling children ready to have fun may enter the playground.
- The playground is intended for children up to 12 years of age.
- Children using the playground must remain under adult supervision at all times.
- All playground equipment must be used only in accordance with its intended purpose and function.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of children on the playground.
- The use of individual playground equipment should be appropriate to the child’s level of development, and such assessment should be made by the parent or guardian.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for any damage caused by children under their care.
- For the safety of children using the playground, the following are prohibited:
- riding bicycles, roller skates, scooters, or skateboards,
- climbing onto the roofs of towers and playhouses, as well as the main structural elements of swings, ladders, etc.,
- using swings by more than one child per seat,
- sliding down headfirst, jumping from slides, or climbing onto slides from the sloped side,
- swinging while standing,
- use of the playground by persons over 12 years of age.
- The following are strictly prohibited on the playground premises:
- smoking tobacco products,
- consuming alcohol or allowing entry to persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances,
- bringing products in glass containers,
- bringing animals onto the playground,
- littering – all waste must be disposed of in designated trash bins,
- damaging plants, trees, shrubs, or flowers.
Water Equipment Rental Regulations – noi Resort
General Provisions
- The use of equipment rented from noi Resort constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these regulations.
- Resort Guests, hereinafter referred to as “Water Equipment Renters,” using the Resort’s services undertake to comply with these regulations, occupational health and safety regulations, fire safety regulations, and the instructions of the Resort staff operating the marina rental service.
- The Resort shall not be held liable for damages resulting from the failure of Water Equipment Renters to comply with the rules and provisions contained in these regulations.
- In the absence of a marina employee at or near the marina area, please contact us by phone at: +48 506 068 544.
- A first aid kit is available in the Resort building.
Rules for Renting Water Equipment
- Water equipment may be rented to: a. adults upon presentation of a valid photo ID document, b. minors (aged 14 and over) upon presentation of a swimming card/license and a document containing a photo and address. NOTE: A minor may not take on board another minor who does not possess a swimming card/license. An adult operating the rented watercraft may take on board only one person who cannot swim.
- Water equipment rental is subject to a fee.
- Payment for water equipment rental must be made in advance at the Resort reception desk for the entire planned rental period, in accordance with the current price list. In the event of cancellation, the Resort does not refund any fees already paid.
- The release and return of equipment may take place only in the presence of a marina employee. Returning equipment unilaterally during the employee’s absence, including leaving the equipment, accessories, or additional items unattended near the Resort building, is prohibited. Such actions will NOT be considered a proper return of the rented equipment and will not release the Renter from financial responsibility for the rented equipment.
- Equipment is released to the Water Equipment Renter by the marina employee only after the applicable rental fee has been paid in accordance with the current Resort price list.
- Equipment is rented for one clock hour (or multiples thereof).
- Water Equipment Renters may use the Resort’s available water equipment only within the boundaries of the lake. Transporting rented equipment outside Lake Rożnowskie is prohibited.
- In the event of a request to extend the rental period, the Water Equipment Renter must arrange and obtain approval for the extension from the Resort reception before the expiry of the previously paid rental period.
- The Water Equipment Renter may not lend rented equipment to third parties, especially persons not registered at the Resort, without the consent of the Resort management, even if the paid rental period has not yet expired.
- The Resort reserves the right to refuse rental to persons who:
- are visibly under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances,
- behave aggressively or in a manner generally regarded as vulgar,
- previously used rented equipment improperly, caused damage, and failed to properly cover repair costs.
- The Resort’s rental service consists of providing clean, serviced, and ready-to-use equipment at its mooring location, along with information regarding its equipment and technical condition.
- Upon handover of the equipment by the Resort employee, the Water Equipment Renter becomes financially responsible for the equipment and any additional items provided for use. Immediately upon receipt, the Renter is obliged to verify the technical condition and equipment. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately to Resort staff. The current Renter is responsible for any defects or missing items not reported.
- Any defects arising during the use of rented water equipment must be reported immediately to the marina employee.
- Water Equipment Renters bear full financial responsibility for damaged or lost items provided for use.
- Damages resulting from improper use of rented equipment or Resort property caused by the Water Equipment Renter shall be settled on site. If repair costs cannot be immediately determined, the damage valuation may be completed within 7 days.
- Complaints regarding the quality of rental services or the technical condition of the rented equipment submitted after completion of the service and return of the equipment will not be considered.
- Any change to the previously agreed and paid rental period (e.g., cancellation due to bad weather conditions) does not entitle the Renter to a reduction in rental costs or any refund.
- Equipment return is carried out by mooring the equipment exactly at the same mooring location from which it was collected and notifying the marina employee of readiness to return the equipment. The marina employee/Resort staff will inspect the technical condition and equipment in the presence of the Renter and provide the relevant information to the Resort reception.
Safety Regulations and Rules for Using Water Equipment
- The marina employee is obliged to make entries in the Marina Register each time equipment is rented. Entries include the type of rented equipment, its technical condition, the responsible Renter, the paid rental period, and the start and expected return date/time.
- Marina employees are strictly prohibited from storing documents, telephones, or other valuable items belonging to Water Equipment Renters.
- Minors may use water equipment only in the presence of an adult.
- The number of persons using a given watercraft may not exceed the maximum permitted capacity for that unit.
- The marina employee is obliged to provide life jackets or buoyancy aids to all persons using rented equipment before departure onto the lake. Users are required to wear them.
- The Water Equipment Renter bears full responsibility, including financial responsibility, for the rented equipment, life jackets/buoyancy aids, paddles, and any additional accessories from the moment of receipt until return. In the event of damage or loss, the Renter is obliged to cover all repair or replacement costs.
- Any defects in rented equipment must be reported before use, i.e., before leaving the marina. Defects reported after the start of use shall be considered to have occurred during the current rental period.
- Bringing or consuming alcohol and intoxicating substances on the marina premises or while using water equipment is prohibited. Persons visibly under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances will not be allowed to rent equipment.
- Consumption of alcohol while using water equipment is strictly prohibited.
- It is prohibited to use water equipment near the beach or designated swimming area, sit on the bow, sides, or stern of the equipment, rock the equipment, or jump into the water from the equipment.
- Water equipment may not be used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
- Water equipment must be returned to the marina and properly handed over to the marina employee at the agreed time. For each commenced hour of delay in returning the equipment, an additional fee will be charged in accordance with the current price list.
- Any behavior endangering the safety of oneself or other passengers is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to transfer rented equipment to third parties not listed in the Marina Register as authorized users.
Emergency Procedures on Lake Rożnowskie
- In the event of difficulties, danger to life or health, or other emergencies on Lake Rożnowskie, Resort Guests are requested to immediately contact the Volunteer Water Rescue Service (WOPR). EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER: +48 691 609 999 The WOPR emergency number is displayed in a visible place on the rented equipment and is also available at the Resort reception.
- In the event of false alarms or unfounded reports, WOPR reserves the right to impose sanctions in accordance with applicable law.
Final Provisions
- Any complaints regarding improperly provided services should be submitted directly to the Resort reception. Complaints submitted after completion of the service will not be considered.
- These regulations are made available by:
- providing the Water Equipment Renter with access to the regulations at the Resort reception during the reservation and rental process.
- These regulations have been approved by the Resort management and are effective from 01.05.2024.
- In matters not covered by these regulations, decisions shall be made by the Resort management or the management board of the company operating the Resort.
Regulations for the Use of the Outdoor Swimming Pool – noi Resort
§1. General Provisions
- The outdoor swimming pool at noi Resort is available exclusively to Resort Guests.
- Use of the swimming pool constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
- The swimming pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- noi Resort staff reserve the right to enforce these regulations and to ask persons violating them to leave the pool area.
§2. Safety Rules
- The following are strictly prohibited within the pool area:
- running around the pool area,
- jumping into the water,
- bringing glass containers or sharp objects,
- consuming alcohol or intoxicating substances,
- smoking tobacco products and e-cigarettes.
- Children under 15 years of age may use the swimming pool only under the constant supervision of an adult.
- Persons using the swimming pool are required to exercise particular caution and ensure both their own safety and the safety of others.
§3. Conditions of Use
- Before entering the swimming pool, Guests are required to:
- use the shower facilities,
- remove pool footwear,
- remove all jewelry and accessories (watches, necklaces, etc.).
- Access to the swimming pool is permitted only for persons:
- wearing hygienic swimwear,
- without visible wounds, skin conditions, or symptoms of illness.
- Bringing personal inflatable equipment (air mattresses, inflatable boats, etc.) into the pool area is prohibited without staff permission.
§4. Liability
- noi Resort shall not be held responsible for:
- lost or unattended belongings left in the pool area,
- damages resulting from failure to comply with these regulations,
- accidents resulting from users’ negligence.
- Any damage to pool equipment must be reported immediately to the staff.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for damages caused by children under their supervision.
§5. Final Provisions
- noi Resort staff reserve the right to temporarily close the swimming pool for technical or safety reasons.
- In matters not covered by these regulations, decisions shall be made by noi Resort staff.
- Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the Guest being denied further access to the swimming pool.
