§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to concluding a contract (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – asking to fill out a survey or answer a few questions regarding the quality of services provided (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of consent, it is voluntary and given by clicking a checkbox containing the conditions of the given consent.
  3. If a person has consented to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), data is processed until consent is withdrawn, but after that period, information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract execution, answering questions, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, asserting or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of software companies and maintain teleinformatics systems with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements cover data processing rules and confidentiality. These data are not shared and none of these companies have the right to process data in any other way than specified in the agreement. Your data, if the company has access to it, may only be processed for the purposes of proper service provision.
