Hotel check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.

The reception at noi Resort & Spa by Lake Rożnowskie is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Guests arriving after 9:00 PM should contact reception in advance to inform about late check-in.

noi Resort & Spa is located at Znamirowice 202, 33-312, on Lake Rożnów in Małopolska. The resort is about 18 km from Nowy Sącz, accessible via an asphalt road—about 8 km from national road 75, on the Brzesko–Nowy Sącz route.

Nowy Sącz – approx. 20–30 min, Tarnów – approx. 50 min, Kraków – approx. 1 hour 30 min. Travel times may vary depending on route and traffic.

Public transport: Znamirowice can be reached from Nowy Sącz by Marpol shuttle, running on the Nowy Sącz - Tabaszowa Załęże (nearest stop) route - here is the schedule. From the stop, it is about a 1.5 km walk to noi Resort & Spa.

The Wellness Area is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Saunas operate from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

In summer, the Wellness area is available exclusively to hotel guests. From September to May, outside guests may also use it; advance booking is required. Price: PLN 80/person/2 hours.

Our Wellness area includes indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, a Finnish sauna, steam sauna, and Finnish aromatherapy sauna, as well as a cozy relaxation room with a salt wall. Guests also have access to an outdoor pool, open seasonally from June to September.

For guests staying at our property, use of the Wellness area is included in the stay price.

For external guests, the cost is:

80 PLN/person/2 hours – from October to April,

120 PLN/person/2 hours – Wellness with pool in May and September. Prior reservation is required.

The outdoor pool is open seasonally – from June to September. Exact opening and closing dates depend on weather conditions and temperature.
