This is a modern year-round Brda-type cottage. The cottages have been restored, preserving the distinctive 1970s shape, blending old charm with modern comfort. They feature a steep, A-frame design, a two-level layout with a cozy mezzanine hosting 2 single beds that can be joined, and a 2-person sofa bed in the living room. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed and a lake view through a glass wall. The cottage includes a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette without a stove, and a spacious terrace with lounge furniture. It is air-conditioned.

The TV in the room allows internet access and streaming apps. Guests may only log in to their own accounts and are responsible for abiding by the terms of each service.
