One of Poland’s leading holistic facial health experts.
Author of the bestseller „Facefitness. Secrets of rejuvenating facial gymnastics” and founder of the online Facefitness club, which has supported women for 6 years in regaining freshness, good posture, and energy — without medical interventions.
Her method combines work on the face with the whole body: breath, feet, and pelvis.
During Bloom Camp participants will learn facial self-massage techniques and exercises supporting lightness, posture, and inner glow.
Anita – naturopath and holistic music therapist
She has been working for years with sound, voice, and instruments and their soothing effect on the nervous system.
Her sessions are subtle, deep experiences of relaxation, contemplation, and returning to yourself through vibration and silence.
