Sebastian Zachara is a certified yoga instructor, breathwork practitioner, and conscious movement coach. For years, he has been supporting people in regaining physical and mental balance by combining modern knowledge with a mindful approach to the body.
His work style is based on simplicity, accessibility, and respect for the individual abilities of participants. Classes are conducted gently but are deeply transformative.
During the weekend, he will lead, among others:

One of the most unique experiences of this weekend is sauna bathing in the only sauna of its kind on a lake in Poland, available at noi resort. It’s more than relaxation — it’s a ritual of deep cleansing for body and mind.
The warmth of the sauna, the rocking surface of the lake, and the surrounding silence of nature create conditions for truly releasing tension. After the session, you can cool your body in the lake, enhancing the regeneration effect and restoring natural balance.
