On July 2, 2026, we invite you to noi Resort for a unique culinary event — the second edition of the Slavic Dinner prepared by our Chef Łukasz Zygmunt, inspired by nature, regional cuisine, and the slow food tradition. This is an original 6-course tasting dinner by Lake Rożnowskie, created for those seeking unique flavors, atmospheric events, and exceptional culinary experiences in Małopolska.
Following the success of the first edition, we return with a menu based on local products, fire, and flavors inspired by Slavic tradition. Surrounded by nature, at sunset and by the glow of a live fire, guests will be able to discover original interpretations of regional dishes prepared with the highest quality ingredients.
During the event, dishes inspired by regional and premium Polish cuisine prepared according to the farm-to-table philosophy will be served. Each flavor composition has been created with harmony, nature, and a modern approach to traditional Slavic cuisine in mind.
