The resort is located on the border of the Beskid Sądecki forest and the waters of Lake Rożnów. Its unique location allows for communion with nature in an undisturbed manner, providing solace through the spectacular view of Lake Rożnów.

Znamirowice is a village located in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in the Nowy Sącz County, in the Łososina Dolna commune, by the Lake Rożnów, situated 18km from Nowy Sącz.

The resort is accessible by convenient asphalt roads for 8km from the national road no. 75 leading to Brzesko-Nowy Sącz.
