The resort is located on the border of the Beskid Sądecki forest and the waters of Lake Rożnowskie. Its unique location allows for undisturbed contact with nature, providing us with comfort thanks to the spectacular view of Lake Rożnowskie.

Znamirowice is a village situated in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Nowy Sącz County, in the Łososina Dolna municipality, by Lake Rożnowskie, located 18 km from Nowy Sącz.

The resort is easily accessible by asphalt roads for 8 km from national road no. 75 leading to Brzesko-Nowy Sącz.
