The resort is located on the border of the Beskid Sądecki forest and the waters of Lake Rożnowskie. Its unique location allows for an undisturbed experience with nature, providing tranquility thanks to the spectacular view of Lake Rożnowskie.

Znamirowice is a village located in the Małopolskie Voivodeship, in the Nowy Sącz County, in the Łososina Dolna commune, by Lake Rożnowskie, situated 18 km from Nowy Sącz.

The resort is accessible via asphalt roads for 8 km from national road no. 75 leading to Brzesko-Nowy Sącz.
