The resort is located on the border of the Beskid Sądecki forest and the waters of Rożnowskie Lake. Its unique location allows for undisturbed communion with nature, providing us with relief thanks to the spectacular view of Rożnowskie Lake.

Znamirowice is a village located in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in the Nowy Sącz County, in the Łososina Dolna municipality, by Rożnowskie Lake, situated 18 km from Nowy Sącz.

The resort is accessible via convenient asphalt roads, 8 km from national road no. 75 leading to Brzesko-Nowy Sącz.
