The resort is located on the border of the Beskid Sądecki forest and the water of Rożnów Lake. Its unique location allows undisturbed communion with nature, giving us comfort through a spectacular view of Rożnów Lake.

Znamirowice is a village located in the Małopolskie voivodeship, in Nowy Sącz county, in the Łososina Dolna municipality, by Rożnów Lake, situated 18 km from Nowy Sącz.

The resort is conveniently accessible via asphalt roads for 8 km from national road no. 75 leading to Brzesko-Nowy Sącz.
